Banks can coordinate the collection, transport and lifting as one service. Depending on the job, the same HIAB crane truck may be able to collect, transport and place the load, or we can combine our transport fleet with a mobile crane for the final lift.

TRANSPORT
The load is transported using the truck or trailer setup suited to its size, weight and destination.

A HIAB or mobile crane is used where lifting is required to unload or reach the final position.

The load is positioned where it needs to finish rather than simply being left at the nearest unloading point.

Sometimes simply getting the load to the site is not enough. It may need to go behind a fence, onto a building site, into a backyard, onto a foundation or into another position ordinary delivery equipment cannot reach.
Because we operate transport equipment, HIAB crane trucks and mobile cranes, we can look at the complete journey and work out how to get the load from its starting point to the position where it actually needs to finish.
Weight and dimensions help determine the transport and crane equipment required.
We look at how the load can be collected safely from its current location.
Site entrances, setup space and surrounding obstacles influence how we approach the final placement.
The required placement determines the lifting radius, crane capacity and setup needed at the destination.
COLLECTION AND PLACEMENT DON'T ALWAYS HAVE TO HAPPEN THE SAME DAY.
Sometimes an item needs to be collected before the destination is ready for delivery or final placement.
Where suitable and arranged in advance, temporary yard storage may be available between collection and the final delivery. This can give the job more flexibility when pickup dates, construction programmes or site access do not line up perfectly.
